PsyData Labs L.L.C. maintains a strict delineation between our proprietary systems and our open-source contributions.

Proprietary Software​

The majority of the software, configurations, and tools developed by PsyData Labs L.L.C. (including but not limited to Project VALENCE, Project RYNA, and Synsectrix Core) are Proprietary and Confidential. Unauthorized access, distribution, reproduction, or reverse-engineering is strictly prohibited.

Open Source Contributions​

We believe in supporting the developer community. Selected projects and libraries (such as PDL-WebComponents and ThemeSuite) are open-sourced under permissive licenses (e.g., MIT or Apache 2.0). Always refer to the LICENSE file in the root directory of the specific GitHub or GitLab repository for exact terms.

Third-Party Assets​

Any third-party assets utilized in our public repositories are attributed accordingly. We maintain an internal ASSET_MASTER registry to ensure complete compliance with all third-party licensing requirements.
